Our B&B
... is located in a traditional house in the historic centre of the medieval town of Serra San Quirico, with an aspect at the front over our garden and at the rear over the valley below the village.
The entire upper floor is dedicated to the B&B, the ground floor is our home. This solution guarantees you a maximum of privacy while we remain close at hand for any needs you may have.

Available are not only the bedrooms but also a large living room, a fully-equipped 20sqm terrace with panoramic views, and use of the kitchen.
The front door of the house is equipped with an electronic lock for easy access at any time - 2 keys per room are always provided.
Rooms
We have three bedrooms:
One double with ensuite bathroom (camp bed available on request to allow a maximum of 3 guests)
Two more (one double, the other twin / double of your choice) which share a bathroom.

For groups occupying all three rooms, we can arrange them so that they all can share the two bathrooms.
